本机采用三相异步电机,保持加速中平稳运转；（采用变频调速）自动计米、报警等功能；收卷采用A、B气胀轴结构，装卸操作方便；放卷采用光电自动纠偏修正系统，使不规则材料能正常分切直刀纵切废边自动排放装置手动式上料，气胀轴（键条式）3英寸Φ76mm。
